What about trying warm water in the morning with a slice of lemon. Great way to start the day allow half an hour before you eat breakfast. So try this at the weekend!

 

CHEWING
Yes we all know we should but do we?? Why should we – well it really is important as we start to digest nutrients under the tongue and prepare our digestive enzymes to deal with the food we are shoveling in! So yes we should be taking our time and eating slowly enjoying every mouth full.

 

LOSE WEIGHT
THE MORE CHEWS WE MAKE THE LESS FOOD WE WILL NEED. OUR BRAIN WILL TELL OUR STOMACH THAT WE ARE FULL RATHER THAN OUR STOMACH BLOATING AND SAYING STOP.
